Shipping and Delivery

We pack all orders here at our Renmark, South Australia facility. We take considerable pride to pack all our products. Any product leaving our facility will be fresh and in perfect condition. We ensure each order is pack carefully and securely to ensure it reaches you safely.

Delivery and Tracking

Dispatched is via Australia Post and will have a tracking number. Once dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you do not receive a tracking number, please email almondhut@almondco.com.au with your order number and we will get back to you as soon as we can, however please check your junk email box as it may be sitting there.

Shipping Chocolate

During warmer periods of the year our chocolate products can melt, to avoid undesirable melting, we have decided not to ship chocolate products in these periods, however they are available in our temperature controlled store, Almondco Almond Hut, for pick up only.

We have seen significant delays in packages going out to all states (including South Australia). Please feel free to continue to order to your location, however we ask you to be extra patient in receiving your order.

We cannot arrange for your order to be delivered to the nominated address on a specific date or at a specific time of the day.
